I have been following your advice with Cocoa and we have noticed a difference in his behaviour already!!
He’s still bonkers but we our change in approach has hugely improved his behaviour. Your advice for simple yet effective changes round the house is a life-saver and Cocoa is a lot less stressed too! There is a way to go yet but it’s definitely going in the right direction. We have found your support and guidance extremely helpful - in my opinion worth every penny!
